How Much Space Is In Outer Space?

We were asked to create a 3D experience for the Cleveland Science Center so we decided to focus on teaching children how large space is. For this project my role was to create all of the graphic images that were on the pop up and matching game sheet.

The Task.

For this group project, we were given the task to create an 3D space that teaches someone about the Place we were given. We were given the Cleveland Science Center and we decided to create an experience for children to be able to compare the sizes of planets to everyday objects so they could comprehend the size of outer space.

Throughout the pop up there is a matching game for the kids to play, it keeps the children entertained and makes them read everything and really interact with the pop up. The paper would be picked up before entering it and by the time they walked through, they would have matched up fun characters to planets and planet sizes to fruits and veggies.

On the outside we added a fun wall to have for photo opportunities for the children and parents to have after they complete walking through the pop up. Every wall is interactive that way.
